The family is planning a memorial service in Sarnia on Saturday, August 29 at 11:00 am. It will be held outside by the building where Barry’s condo was located ( 201 Front Street North , Sarnia ).
I spoke with his family about some sort of memorial along the water. They were thinking something in the Sarnia/Point Edward area would be nice. That way, Barry’s kids & grandkids can visit it. It seems there are both bricks & benches available (see the following link). Benches are $700.00 Canadian. http://www.bluewatertrails.com/donate.html. If anyone has any ideas, please let me know.
